Your medical exam and test results are valid for 12 months only. You may need to have another examination if your application is not completed within that time.


Yes, our clinic is approved by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada to complete Immigration Medical Exam. Our clinic specializes in Immigration Medical Exam for immigrants, refugees, permanent and temporary residents of Canada.


No, urine test is no longer require by IRCC as part of the medical exam. 


Cases will be submitted by our office between 5-10 business days from your visit. Results are not required for your application. Results will be sent directly to IRCC.


Your private insurance may cover this test. We will issue you a receipt which you can use for your claim. 


Free parking is available underground at the rear. Access to free parking is via a lane from Marmont Street. 


  • VALID passport 
  • IMM 1017 form (if you are undergoing an upfront medical exam, you will not have this form) 
  • Eye glasses or contact lenses, if you wear them
  • Any medical reports or test results for any previous or existing medical conditions
  • A list of your current medications


FOR UKRAINIANS ARRIVING UNDER THE CUAET PROGRAM: 

  • Medical Diagostic Test Instructions form or work permit instead 
  • MSP card (If you haven’t received a physical MSP card, you must contact Health Insurance BC for your ten digital PHN numbers) 


FOR REFUGEES: 

  • Acknowledgment of Claim and Interview letter IMM5985
